I offer Pottinger's clients access to my extensive knowledge and transaction execution experience of financial markets products, as well as related capital structuring matters, with a particular focus on the financing of infrastructure assets and financial institutions.
I also have over a decade of experience acting as an independent director on the boards of various infrastructure companies, both in Australia and around the world.

My prior career in finance and corporate advisory spans over three decades and includes substantial practical international execution experience including ten years of building businesses within Asia. I have advised across a wide range of industries, most recently with a particular emphasis on the infrastructure, government and financial services sectors, including debt and equity structures, PPPs and alternative financing arrangements. My clients have included Federal and State government entities, as well as Australia's larger financial institutions.

Prior to Pottinger, I was for 12 years a managing director at ABN AMRO Bank. I was responsible for executing transactions as Regional Head for Asia for Financial Institutions and Government clients across 19 countries in Asia and then within Australia and New Zealand. Previously I held senior roles with Citibank and NatWest Investment Bank.

I have served on Australian financial industry committees including being the Secretary of the Australian Financial Futures Association and the Chief Advisor to the Council of Authorised Money Market Dealers, and was a monthly columnist for the Australian Stock Exchange Journal. A graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, I am currently a Director of Australian infrastructure fund manager Gardior Pty Limited, a Director on the Board of the world's second largest chemical tank terminal operator, LBC Pty Limited, and a Director of Queensland Airports Limited. Queensland Airports owns and operates four airports (Gold Coast, Townsville, Mt Isa and Longreach) and operates six airports in Queensland. I have also been appointed as a non executive director to Perth Airport.
