I am a leading business and technology strategist with extensive experience in digital innovation and transformation. I am focused on identifying technologies, partnerships and execution strategies that create opportunities and solve problems for organisations and ecosystems. I work with organisations at all stages of maturity to develop strategies and governance frameworks that successfully navigate the challenges of continuous technology change, rising customer expectations, sustainability and external risks.

I hold a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce, GAICD and have completed MIT’s Strategy and Innovation program.

I advise organisations on optimising their innovation portfolio mix and unlocking the value of emerging technology.  Working with organisations from startups to ASX100, I develop opportunities and governance frameworks to achieve sustainable success and transformative partnerships. I approach innovation at the ecosystem level to clarify the potential roles and the opportunities for value creation and value sharing.
