Meanwhile, Sydney is home to the world’s most patented innovator (responsible for over 10,000 patents), and Australia is responsible for amazing innovation in technology (contributing to the development of wifi), one of the world’s most successful business to business internet companies (Atlassian), revolutions in health care (the cure for the stomach ulcer and the cervical cancer vaccine), smash hit smart phone apps (Flight Control), and world-leading advances in agri-science in areas such as crop productivity and resilience.
