Working at Pottinger
Recommended Employer
We are committed to helping each member of our team reach their full potential over the long term. We achieve this through a combination of mentoring, knowledge sharing and formal training, matched to each team member's personal goals and professional needs.
Professional development goals and strategies are tailored to each individual team member. We seek to understand each individual's professional training needs and their personal goals, and encourage team members to pursue external training as appropriate.
Pottinger received the the Recommended Employer award from the Australian Business Awards for 2013, the seventh consecutive year in a row that it had won the award.
Since then, Pottinger retired from the competition, but continues to seek to provide all staff with the opportunity to grow through engaging work, supplemented by appropriate training and development, in an environment that genuinely values them and cares for their well-being.
Information for Recruitment Companies
Pottinger does not, as a general rule, work with external recruitment companies. None of our employees or directors has the authority to contract with recruitment companies. Accordingly, any contract to provide recruitment services to any Pottinger globally requires formal written approval by our board.
