In 2020, the National Farmers' Federation retained Pottinger to provide advice and overall programme management for its landmark Financial Risk Management Project, a national initiative designed to improve the resilience of the Australian agricultural sector.

This important national initiative was funded by the Government of New South Wales and was delivered by a strong, multi-disciplinary team. The overall objective was to identify measures that could be implemented to improve resilience to the many risks that impact Australian farms and the agricultural supply chain more broadly.
