I am a former senior partner of Linklaters with over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, initial and secondary public offerings, privatisations, corporate reorganisations and other corporate advice. I have a particular interest and expertise in resources, having acted as the Managing Relationship Manager for Anglo American plc for many years, and having completed many transactions in the sector globally. Based between London, France and Portugal, I also provide insight into the UK and European market for cross-border business development and M&A.
